In 2022 we committed to launching Octopus DAOv1, and we have been cautious to do so in a productive and trustworthy manner. By asking the community for feedback (both in group and private settings) we’re confident that we can structure reasonable risk management and operating designs that learn from past mistakes.
In Octopus Network, every token holder is a stakeholder, so as stakeholders ourselves we are incentivized to produce a reasonably fair system for everyone while diluting our ability to control governance.
