For the month of July I was able to perform the following activities as follows:

Activities A: Attended 3/4 meetings based on our weekly Nations calls in the month of July.
Missed the one on 24th due to unforeseen reasons

Activities D: Attended the octopus Nation approved Workshop.

Activities E: I did some Personal social media activities and content creation in relation to Octopus Nation and Octopus Network ecosystem. Articles and tweets
